A family managed farm producing less than 15,000 bottles and complying with the eco-friendly rules to reduce the use of treatments.
Our policy is to avoid any process to preserve our wine. As a consequence, sulphites are dramatically reduced, thus our wine is sensitive to excessive exposure to light and heat.
Since last year we adopted the "vino lok" glass cap to do without the non-recyclable plastic cork.
Visits are possible upon telephone arrangement, in order to taste our wine and, if you are interested, to learn more about how we work in our vineyards and in our wine cellar.
